In late May 2010, several sources announced that Huntington-Whiteley would be replacing Megan Fox as the female lead in Transformers 3, set for release July 1, 2011. Previously Huntington-Whiteley has worked with Bay on his Victoria's Secret "A Thousand Fantasies" ad. The Victoria’s Secret model has no acting experience — not that much emoting will be required from her. The robots will provide all the required acting in the action/sci-fi flick. Megan Fox and Bay had an ugly public rift following Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen and filming has already begun on "Transformer 3" in Los Angeles, according to the LA Times, and will continue across the globe over the next 4 1/2 months.
